Sometimes change occurs quickly and alters us forever. Sometimes it is more gradual. However it happens, we change internally in incredible ways throughout our lives. And how we respond to those changes matters. At this time when the world is ablaze with change, it is a good time to take stock of what shifts have happened within us. Join us as we explore change within us and how we mark those changes.
