Over the last several years, the Commission of Institutional Change of the Unitarian Universalist Association has taken a hard look at the ways in which White Supremacy Culture show up and get in the way of our faith living up to our values. The result of their work is a book entitled Widening the Circle of Concern. Congregations are being asked to wrestle with the contents of the book in order to continue our own work towards building the beloved community. First Parish Dorchester would love for as many folks to participate as possible. We believe that there is something truly wonderful about being in multi-racial and multi-cultural community. And we know that we are still working on doing this well. Please join us!
