Tamra Grace Jones, accompanied by pianist Jacob Hiser are presenting “Christmas in Soprano” – a concert ranging from staples like Handel’s Messiah to “I wanna Hippopotamus for Christmas” – next Wednesday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. The concert takes place in Dorchester’s Meeting House, home of First Parish Dorchester. (10 Parish St., Dorchester) A $25 donation is suggested – all are welcome.
Following the concert there will be reception, hosted by Bruce Shatswell, for the artists and celebrating Tamra’s leadership of the St. Mary’s Quarantine Series of concerts during the pandemic.
